gallery instructions

The process for the VINYL series is fairly straightforward: A visit to the proposed space is arranged, where existing structure is determined and measurements taken. A detailed diagram is then created showing the vinyl surface(s) configured to the existing structure. The total square footage of the installation is indicated. Upon approval of the diagram, surfaces are fabricated and a date is scheduled for the actual installation (which can usually be completed in less than a day)*.

The resulting art is site specific, and makes no distinction between the surface(s) installed and the structure that supports it.

Pricing is determined by the overall square footage of the work deemed applicable by the artist and agreed to by the client. In most instances this will include the vinyl surface(s) and the wall area immediately around it. Each piece in the series will follow the above procedure (on site visit, diagram approval, installation). All documentation will remain the property of the artist.

Work installed in galleries, shows, exhibitions, etc. are considered site specific installations and are not for sale. However, commissioned works are encouraged to be sold by the gallery at the normal commission rates employed by the gallery. All documentation will remain the property of the artist.
