The work consists of 100 one dollar bills with a tag reading "retail price $100, Opening bid $50". 50% of the "selling price" is to go to the artist and 50% to the organizers. This piece challenges the organizers in that if they themselves do not participate in the bidding process they could realize less profit from the sale.
